Abstract: An automatic tamarind and salt mixing machine having a frame with rods as a base and legs 5 being provided below the tamarind and salt mixing machine. A high torque and RPM motor is mounted on top of the frame through clamps and a motor shaft is connected to a drum pulley through a belt drive. A capacitor is connected to store and release electrical energy and that consists of two conductive plates separated by an insulating material called as dielectric. A drum-shaped vessel is provided within the mixing machine to facilitate effective grinding. A 10 cylindrical roller stones are provided inside the drum-shaped vessel for grinding operation and are made up of granite and having a slightly concave surface. A shaft consists of a drum with two grinding stones or discs that rotate against each other and the central rotating component that connects the motor to the grinding stones
