The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: The present invention is related to an automatic hydraulic screw jack integrated with IoT for remote operation. consisting of a 3-ton hydraulic jack, a 12V DC gear motor, an L298N motor driver, a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, and a 12V VRLA battery of 12 Ah capacity. The DC gear motor is connected to the hydraulic jack and configured to convert rotary motion into linear lifting motion. The L298N motor driver, connected between the NodeMCU ESP8266 and the DC gear motor, controls motor speed and direction via PWM signals. The NodeMCU ESP8266, equipped with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity, is configured to acquire real-time sensor data comprising hydraulic pressure, load weight, and lifting height, and transmit the data wirelessly using MQTT, HTTP, and WebSocket protocols to a remote monitoring interface. The system enables remote control, real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, automated lifting operations, and alert generation upon detection of abnormal conditions including overload and temperature deviation.
