Abstract: ABSTRACT AN AUTOMATIC GRINDER SYSTEM The present invention relates to an automatic grinder designed to enhance the efficiency and convenience of converting raw materials into batter. This machine incorporates a DC motor (01), which is directly connected to the grinding chamber (02) for optimal power transmission, eliminating the need for a belt drive. An integrated tilting mechanism allows the grinding chamber (02) to tilt by 90 degrees upon activation, facilitating the automated discharge of processed batter into a designated container. The grinder features a self-cleaning system, including a lid equipped with vertical brushes (06) that effectively clean the interior surfaces of the grinding chamber (02). Additionally, an automated water spraying system (08) maintains appropriate moisture levels during grinding, utilizing a water storage container (07) and strategically positioned nozzles for even distribution. User-friendly control buttons (13) enable easy operation of the motor, tilting mechanism, cleaning mechanism, and water spraying system (08). With its durable structural design, compact power supply unit, and enhanced manoeuvrability, the automatic grinder significantly improves processing efficiency while reducing manual effort and operator fatigue.
