Abstract: ABSTRACT “AN AUTOMATIC GRAIN DRYING METHOD AND SYSTEM MADE OF GRAIN DRYING METHOD THEREOF” An automatic drying method and closed-loop control system for a continuous-flow biomass grain drying system are disclosed. A centralized processing unit (128) detects a low-level condition in a multi-stage drying tower (119) using grain level sensors (138) and initiates a loading phase by operating an elevator (125) and grain distributor (126) until a high-level condition is detected. A drying phase is then initiated by supplying hot air through a hot-air damper (115) and micro air adjuster (116), operating a front hot-air supply fan (117) and an exhaust fan with dust exhauster (118), and regulating grain descent velocity using rotary grain flow control valves or feeders (124) driven by a speed controller (133). Closed-loop regulation based on signals from grain moisture sensors (121), grain temperature sensors (122), hot-air temperature and relative humidity sensors (123), camera monitoring unit (143), and airflow sensors maintains a predetermined moisture content while keeping grain temperature within a safe limit without manual intervention.
