MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611076400 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering & Technology on June 19, 2026, for An Automatic Chain Lubrication System For Two Wheelers.
Inventors include Atul Ranjan; and Dr. Abdhesh Kumar.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: The invention discloses an automatic chain lubrication system for two wheelers comprising a reservoir (101), metering pump (103), control unit (104), movement sensor (105), vibration sensor (106), moisture sensor (107), delivery conduit (108), and anti drip nozzle assembly (109). The control unit (104) dispenses calibrated lubricant quantities according to detected travel conditions and selected dosing profiles. The nozzle assembly directs lubricant toward a drive chain (116) near a sprocket region while inhibiting leakage during parking. The system improves chain maintenance consistency with compact vehicle adaptable construction.
