Abstract: The present invention discloses an automated vision testing system (100) comprising a support structure (108), a lens control module (102, 702), an optical assembly with a beam splitter (202), a pupil response module, a micro-saccade stability module, a processing unit, and an output interface (712) is disclosed. The system (100) addresses limitations of conventional vision testing systems that rely on subjective feedback and single-parameter measurements. The PRM (706) is configured to determine pupil dynamics, while the MSSM (704) is configured to determine micro-saccadic parameters from multi-angle infrared imaging. The processing unit generates a combined clarity index (CCI) based on a weighted combination of a pupil response score and a micro-saccade stability score for varying lens power values. The refractive power corresponding to a maximum CCI is provided as output. The system (100) provides improved accuracy, repeatability, and noise-resistant objective refraction.
