Abstract: The present invention relates to an automated truck loading and unloading system for improving efficiency, safety, and accuracy in logistics and material handling operations. The system integrates automated detection of inbound trucks, a centralized control unit, and a scheduling module to manage truck entry, parking allocation, and warehouse assignment. Upon arrival, trucks are detected and authorized through an entry permission mechanism, with real-time instructions displayed to drivers for precise positioning. Automated unloading and loading operations are carried out using conveyor systems, robotic handling units, and automated guided vehicles under the coordination of a programmable control system. Smart sensors continuously monitor cargo type, weight, and position to ensure accurate handling and safe operation. The system further interfaces with a warehouse management dashboard for real-time monitoring, data interpretation, and inventory updates. by minimizing manual intervention, the invention reduces loading and unloading time, lowers labor dependency, enhances workplace safety.
