The apparatus converts heterogeneous task records into a common schema, computes priority indices using deadline, impact, dependency, effort, escalation, and workload parameters, and generates ordered task queues. The apparatus further provides capacity aware assignment recommendations and interpretable priority reasons for enterprise workflow management.
