Abstract: AN AUTOMATED SKIN INFECTION ANALYSIS AND PERSONALIZED REMEDY RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM The present invention relates to an automated skin infection analysis and personalized remedy recommendation system configured to analyze skin infection images and generate individualized treatment recommendations. The system comprises a mobile application interface, an image processing module, an artificial intelligence diagnostic engine, a personalization engine, a knowledge graph database, a monitoring module, and a safety protocol module. The image processing module utilizes Vision Transformer (ViT) and EfficientNet models to classify bacterial, fungal, and viral skin infections from uploaded images. A BERT-based natural language processing module analyzes user-provided symptoms, medical history, allergies, and profile information. The personalization engine generates customized remedy plans based on diagnostic outcomes, user-specific factors, and location-based disease prevalence data. Follow-up image analysis using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks enables treatment monitoring and adaptive recommendation updates. The system further incorporates confidence-based referral mechanisms and secure data protection measures for enhanced diagnostic reliability and accessibility.
