Abstract: The present invention relates to an automated rehabilitation glove for hand physiotherapy comprising jumper wires (1), a connection interface (2), an Arduino Uno microcontroller (3), a power supply (4), and a software interface (5) configured to provide automated finger rehabilitation exercises. The glove comprises a soft fabric base structure fitted on a user’s hand, five SG90 servo motors mounted on a dorsal side of the glove, and nylon threads connected between servo arms and finger joints for controlled finger flexion and extension. The Arduino Uno microcontroller (3) generates PWM control signals to operate the servo motors according to programmed rehabilitation routines received from the software interface (5). The servo motors pull and release the nylon threads to perform repetitive finger movement exercises within predefined angular safety limits. The system provides start, stop, pause, restart, and timer functions through the software interface (5).
