MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511092329 A) filed by Attero Recycling Pvt. Ltd. on September 25, 2025, for An Automated Motor Rotor Shaft Removal Device.

Abstract: The present invention provides an automated motor rotor shaft removal device (100) comprises a rigid rectangular vertical frame (101) attached to a vice located at the bottom centre of the frame (101) for securely rotor piece placement, a four vertical guide pillars (102) for support and align the moving parts of the rectangular blade which is fixed to a platen connected to hydraulic cylinder (104) which further connected to the hydraulic-powered shaft-pulling unit (103), configured to moves up and down to cut the aluminium from rotor ends by utilizing hydraulic power unit (105). The hydraulic-powered shaft-pulling unit (103) is controlled by an attached control panel (107) which is equipped with indicator lights, push buttons and emergency stop button for operating precise and controlled application of force to separate the rotor shaft from the motor rotor assembly by utilizing hydraulic power unit (105).
