Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an automated integrated soil processing and batching system for preparing soil-based raw material for brick and other construction-material manufacturing processes. The system comprises a raw-material hopper (1), feeding conveyor (2), sweeper/sieve screen (3), feeding conveyor to crusher (4), crusher/mill (5), collecting conveyor (6), elevating conveyor (7), final-mix hopper (8), and discharge unit/mixer feed (9), arranged in an integrated material- flow configuration. Raw soil received in the raw-material hopper (1) is transferred by the feeding conveyor (2) to the sweeper/sieve screen (3), where the material is selectively classified according to particle size into a classified soil fraction and an oversize fraction. The classified soil fraction is directed toward the collecting conveyor (6), while the oversize fraction is separately transferred through the feeding conveyor to crusher (4) to the crusher/mill (5) for size reduction. The resulting size-reduced material is discharged onto the collecting conveyor (6) and recombined with the classified soil fraction to form a consolidated processed-material stream. The consolidated processed-material stream is subsequently transferred by the elevating conveyor (7) to the final-mix hopper (8), which provides temporary storage and material buffering. The discharge unit/mixer feed (9) is configured to provide controlled discharge of the processed material toward a downstream mixing apparatus. The integrated arrangement provides a coordinated material-processing pathway in which oversize material separated during particle-size classification is selectively recovered, size-reduced and reintegrated with the classified soil fraction before final storage and controlled feeding. The system thereby improves utilization of incoming soil material, reduces separate manual handling of oversize material, facilitates substantially continuous material flow, and provides more consistent preparation and delivery of soil to a downstream mixing operation. The system is particularly applicable to automated preparation of soil-based materials for brick, block, paver, compressed-earth and related construction-material manufacturing.
