Abstract: An automated headlight lens repair system (100), the system comprising a damage detection module (102) comprising, a plurality of sensors (104) coupled to at least one processor (106) to detect surface damage and internal structural damage of a headlight lens. The system further comprises an automated repair module (108) operatively connected to the detection module, comprising a cleaning unit (110) configured to remove surface contaminants, a marking mechanism (112) configured to automatically mark detected damaged areas, a repair material application module (114) configured to apply repair material specifically to the marked damaged areas, a UV protection applying module (116) configured to apply a protective UV-resistant coating to the repaired areas of the headlight lens. Further, a user interface (118) installed within a computing unit (120) and operatively connected to the at least one processor (106), wherein the interface is configured to display the detected damage locations.
