Inventors include Mr. Mahesh D M; Dr. Chandrajit Mohan; Mr. Bhuwan Singh Bhandari; Ms. Rajeshwari Shetty; Ms. Shivi Dixit; and Ms. Boya Durgabhavani.
The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: The proposed invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence orchestration-based system for automated internal assessment and evaluation configured to transform conventional academic assessment procedures into an intelligent educational ecosystem. The invention integrates Large Language Models, semantic embedding environments, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation frameworks, distributed processing architectures, and academic repositories for performing automated evaluation and educational workflow management. Student responses, model answers, syllabus materials, and institutional references are converted into semantic embeddings enabling contextual interpretation and concept-based assessment through similarity analysis. Retrieval-Augmented Generation improves factual accuracy by grounding Artificial Intelligence outputs using verified educational repositories including question banks, curriculum documents, and learning materials. Human-in-the-loop verification mechanisms preserve faculty oversight and academic transparency while reducing evaluation workload. The system further supports educational analytics, learning outcome mapping, intelligent question generation, question bank development, and centralized academic management. The proposed framework improves assessment consistency, scalability, transparency, efficiency, and digital transformation within educational institutions.
