Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence governed access control system for cyber physical infrastructure using multi module risk scoring. The system includes an access request interface, cyber context acquisition unit, physical context acquisition unit, plurality of risk scoring modules, score fusion engine, access governance engine, enforcement interface, feedback monitoring unit, and audit repository. The risk scoring modules evaluate identity confidence, device integrity, location and proximity, behavioural deviation, operational state, command sensitivity, environmental condition, and infrastructure criticality. The score fusion engine generates a composite access risk score by correlating cyber parameters with physical and operational parameters. The access governance engine generates an access decision including full access, limited access, supervised access, step up verification, command restricted access, emergency restricted access, or denial. The enforcement interface applies the decision to physical and digital enforcement elements. The system further monitors post access behaviour and dynamically modifies or revokes access when updated risk conditions are detected. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-2]
