Abstract: The present invention provides an Artificial Intelligence-based system for automated Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance management, comprising a data acquisition mechanism configured to collect GST-related transactional data from multiple sources, a data preprocessing mechanism configured to generate a structured transaction dataset, an AI-assisted ITC matching mechanism configured to perform exact and intelligent similarity-based matching between recipient and supplier data and to categorize transactions by match status, an automated GST return preparation mechanism configured to apply configurable statutory rules and generate a pre- filing validation report, a compliance intelligence mechanism configured to generate risk scores using rule-based and machine-learning analysis, a litigation-risk prediction mechanism configured to predict, using trained machine-learning models, the likelihood of a transaction or compliance issue progressing into a notice, audit, adjudication, or litigation, and a user interaction and alert mechanism configured to present dashboards, generate automated alerts, and maintain an audit trail. The invention reduces manual intervention and enables early, data-driven identification of GST compliance and litigation risk.
