Inventors include Dasaradha Arangi; B. Kiran Kumar; M. Devamma; Pradeep Kumar Mahapatro; N. Saikiran; Srinivasa Rao Konni; and Lakshmana Rao Padala.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an intelligence-based system and method for energy optimization of industrial equipment (102) is disclosed. The system comprises sensors (104), a data processing module (106), an energy prediction module (108), an optimization module (110), a control module (112), and a feedback module (114). The sensors (104) acquire parameters and energy-related parameters of industrial equipment (102). The data processing module (106) processes the parameters to generate an operational feature set. The energy prediction module (108) applies a machine learning model to predict energy consumption under conditions. The optimization module (110) determines an optimized operating condition (310) based on energy consumption and production, equipment, process and safety constraints. The control module (112) controls the industrial equipment (102), while the feedback module (114) evaluates energy consumption and updates the machine learning model for optimization.
