The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: The present invention proposes an AI-Based Cloud Kitchen Location Optimization System for Food Delivery Services that intelligently identifies optimal cloud kitchen locations using artificial intelligence, geographic information systems (GIS), and multi-objective optimization techniques. The system collects historical food order data, customer demand patterns, GPS information, traffic conditions, weather data, population density, rental costs, and competitor locations from multiple sources. After preprocessing and feature engineering, machine learning models such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), XGBoost, and Random Forest predict future customer demand across different regions. A multi-objective optimization engine employing Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) evaluates candidate locations by minimizing delivery time, operational costs, and travel distance while maximizing customer coverage and profitability. The optimized locations are visualized through an interactive GIS interface to support informed business decisions. The invention enables dynamic location recommendations, improves delivery efficiency, reduces operational expenses, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports scalable, data-driven expansion of cloud kitchen networks in smart urban environments.
