Abstract: The present invention provides an artificial-intelligence-based stock decision support system (100). The system (100) includes a processor arrangement (102) and a memory unit (104) configured to execute instructions for generating a decision support signal. A data processing module (106) receives historical stock market data (101) including stock price data, volume data, and turnover data, and generates derived features including returns, volatility, and moving averages. A hybrid prediction engine (108) having a SARIMA model (110) and a recurrent neural network model (112) generates a future stock price prediction and determines a model-agreement value. A direction prediction module (118) determines upward or downward movement. A risk assessment module (120) classifies risk, and a confidence scoring module (128) generates a confidence score. A decision engine (130) generates a risk-gated signal corresponding to Buy, Sell, or Hold, presented through an output module (138) and a user interface (140).
