Abstract: The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) based smart agricultural field monitoring, crop disease prediction and automated irrigation system. The system comprises a plurality of sensors for monitoring soil moisture, temperature and humidity, an image acquisition unit for capturing crop images, an AI-based processing module for predicting crop diseases, and an automated irrigation control unit for managing water supply. The IoT communication unit facilitates the transmission of agricultural field data to a monitoring platform. The AI module analyzes crop images to generate crop health or disease prediction outputs, while the irrigation control unit operates a water pump or valve based on soil moisture conditions and configured irrigation parameters. The proposed system integrates intelligent crop monitoring, disease prediction and automated irrigation to support efficient water management, timely crop health assessment and sustainable agricultural practices.
