Abstract: ABSTRACT AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) DRIVEN AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE MECHANICAL SPRINGS The present invention relates to the artificial intelligence (AI) driven automated system of high-performance mechanical springs. The AI-driven design system comprises input module (1) collects design constraints such as load conditions, space limitations, and material preferences. AI algorithm module (2) uses deep learning and genetic algorithms to generate an optimal spring design. Simulation Module (3) Evaluates the performance of the designed spring using finite element analysis (FEA). The Simulation Module plays a critical role in validating the performance of the AI-generated spring designs. Prototype model generator (4) converts the optimized design into a 3D-printable or CNC-manufacturable model for real-world testing.
