The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT AN ARDUINO MICROCONTROLLER-BASED MILK QUALITY ANALYSIS SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED IOT CAPABILITY The present invention discloses an Arduino microcontroller-based milk quality analysis system (100) for detecting and analyzing milk parameters at dairy collection centers. The system comprises a central processing unit (110) implemented using Arduino Uno, a sensor module assembly (120) including a pH measurement unit (121) with electrochemical pH sensor, a density measurement unit (122) employing hydrostatic pressure sensing principle for CLR determination, and a Fat measurement unit (123) utilizing light scattering by fat globules in homogenized milk for Fat content measurement. The system further comprises a display unit (130) with LCD panel, a battery-operated power supply unit (140), and an IoT communication module (150) with WiFi transceiver enabling real-time data transmission to remote servers. SNF is calculated algorithmically from measured CLR and Fat values. The system provides a low-cost, portable, and efficient solution for milk quality analysis with automated data recording and regulatory compliance monitoring capabilities. [
