Abstract: ABSTRACT [0015] An augmented reality driven learning system is disclosed for improving the teaching and learning of STEM subjects through immersive and interactive experiences. The system uses mobile devices equipped with cameras to superimpose interactive three-dimensional educational models and simulations onto physical surroundings by means of both marker-based and markerless tracking. Content modules covering topics in physics, chemistry, and biology are created with standard development tools and structured according to established instructional principles so that students may explore abstract concepts through real-time visualization, manipulation, guided narration, and embedded assessments. Controlled evaluation with student groups shows clear gains in post-test performance, knowledge acquisition, engagement, and system usability relative to conventional instruction. The resulting framework is scalable, learner-centred, and suitable for deployment across a wide range of educational settings without reliance on specialized laboratory equipment.
