The disclosed apparatus offers at least the following advantages: provides immediate, science-based evaluation by combining rapid pH measurement with automated image- based analysis; performs double verifications; allows real-time detection of degradation without the need for skilled technicians or laboratory infrastructure; provides high accuracy; avoids health issues caused by the consumption of spoiled meat; is cost-effective and is user friendly.
