MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541022095 A) filed by L&t Technology Services Limited on March 11, 2025, for An Apparatus For Regulating Froth In A Liquid Tank.
Inventor includes Gowtham Munipandi Mariappan Thavamunipandi.
The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.
Abstract: An apparatus (100) for regulating froth in a liquid tank (200) is disclosed. The apparatus (100) includes an impeller unit (1) configured to receive a liquid in a first direction (2) and discharge the liquid in a second direction (3). The liquid is impinged on an impeller (4) of the impeller unit (1) in the first direction (2). The apparatus (100) further includes a cyclone separator (5) fluidically connected to the impeller unit (1). The cyclone separator (5) is configured to receive and induce spiral vortex in the liquid, to separate gas from the liquid. The apparatus (100) further includes a bubble separator (6) fluidically connected to the cyclone separator (5). The bubble separator (6) is configured to diffuse the separated gas and channelize the liquid into the liquid tank (200). FIG. 1
