The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an apparatus (100) for dispensing contents. The apparatus (100) includes a packaging structure formed from a foldable packaging substrate (102) that defines a carton blank erected into a three-dimensional body. The body includes a top panel (104), a front panel (106), a rear panel (108), a left panel (110), and a right panel (112), which collectively enclose an internal volume for contents. A dispensing opening is formed in the top panel (104) and is partially defined by a movable flip panel integrally formed within the foldable packaging substrate (102). The movable flip panel is connected to the top panel (104) by an integral hinge defined by non-linear die-cut geometry that enables repeated opening and closing. The hinge distributes bending stress across the foldable packaging substrate (102) to reduce localized fatigue while maintaining elastic rebound and mechanical memory, and facilitating controlled dispensing of contents.
