Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: “AN AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY OF A VENTILATION SYSTEM FOR A HYDROGEN ENGINE” The present disclosure discloses an air pump assembly (100) of a ventilation system (200) for a hydrogen engine (300). The air pump assembly includes a housing (1) 10 and an air pump (4) receivable in the cavity (2) of the housing (1) to supply pressurized air to crankcase of the hydrogen engine. The housing (1) is defined with at least one passage (3) between the first end (1a) and the second end (1b), configured to channelize a lubricant to at least one of the air pump (4) and a shaft (5). The ventilation system (200) includes an air duct (201) coupled to the air pump 15 and defined with an output section having a plurality of outlets fluidly coupled at bottom dead center of corresponding cylinder. With such configuration, the ventilation system dilutes blow-by hydrogen in the crankcase at source and at a faster rate to prevent explosions in the crankcase. 20 Figure 1a is a representative figure.
