Abstract: This invention presents an innovative AT powered, climate aware conversational companion designed to provide a personalised, evidence based health guidance to women across physiological life stages, including the menstrual cycle, pregnancy and menopause. The system addresses the limitations of existing health advisory platforms by integrating physiological, emotional, geographical and environmental context to support health management of women in changing climatic conditions. A dual pipeline architecture comprising Contextual Understanding Pipeline and Response Generation Pipeline processes user inputs, identifies life stage and emotional stage, retrieves relevant evidence, incorporates real time weather and local disaster alerts and generate tailored responses using retrieval- augmented generation and Large Language Model. A machine learning emotion detection module ensures context sensitive interruptions when necessary. The system is implemented using a multi node architecture and evaluated through a four layer framework that focuses on emotion detection metrics, retrieval accuracy, response quality, and end-to end system functionality. The proposed system demonstrates and integrated approach to personalised and environmentally responsive digital healthcare. It is recommended as a scalable framework or advancing women centric digital health solutions aligned with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 Good Health and Wellbeing, SDG 5 Gender Equality, SDG 13 Climate Action.
