Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an AI-enabled workforce support system (100) for digitizing and supporting informal workers through an integrated platform. The system comprises a user interface layer (120), worker identity engine (102), employment and attendance management module (104), tamper-proof wage ledger (106), location-aware risk alert subsystem (108), AI-driven recommendation engine (110), multilingual voice interaction pipeline (112), secure central database (114), security and authentication module (116), and cloud infrastructure (118). The worker identity engine (102) creates an authenticated identity linked with employment history, attendance, skills, and wage information. The tamper-proof wage ledger (106) stores timestamped wage records with integrity protection. The location-aware risk alert subsystem (108) monitors worker location and generates safety alerts. The AI-driven recommendation engine (110) provides recommendations for jobs, training, loans, and welfare schemes. The multilingual voice interaction pipeline (112) enables voice-based interaction, while secure cloud synchronization, authentication, and external integrations provide workforce data management and accessibility.
