Abstract: The invention relates to fabric care systems, and particularly to an AI-enabled, solar-assisted, waterless fabric regeneration system and method. The system comprises a primary fabric regeneration pod with an adaptive compression chamber, segmented flexible inner panels, micro linear actuators, and an embedded shape memory alloy mesh for controlled deformation of fabric articles; an electrostatic dust extraction unit with ionization plates, micro diaphragm vacuum actuator, passive cyclone separator, and particulate tray; a hygienic treatment unit with UV sterilization module and optional ozone micro generator and ultrasonic transducer plate; an energy subsystem including solar film, solar thermal absorber layer, microfluidic thermal channels, supercapacitors, battery pack, and power management board; a sensor suite and AI control module; reusable smart polymer beads; and a detachable bead regeneration and aroma module for bead recovery, vacuum drying, solvent vapour cleaning, UV sterilization, thermal reactivation, and programmable fragrance infusion.
