Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION: The present invention relates to a smart wearable healthcare system for monitoring and preventing diabetic foot complications. Diabetic patients often experience peripheral neuropathy, resulting in loss of sensation in the feet, which prevents detection of injuries, excessive pressure, or temperature variations and may lead to ulcer formation and possible amputation. The invention discloses an AI-enabled smart footwear system implemented in a wearable slipper configuration, incorporating pressure and temperature sensing elements for continuous monitoring. The sensed data is processed using an embedded system and transmitted to a mobile application for analysis. An intelligent algorithm evaluates real-time data to identify abnormal conditions and predict the risk of foot ulcers, generating timely alerts for early intervention. The proposed system provides a cost-effective, non-invasive, and user-friendly solution for preventive diabetic foot care. . Total Number of Words in Abstract:147
