Inventors include Mrs. Diddi Keerthana; and Dr. B Muthukrishnan.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-enabled risk-aware stock portfolio management system for dynamic asset allocation and performance optimization. The system comprises a data acquisition module, data preprocessing module, risk assessment module, artificial intelligence-based predictive modeling module, dynamic asset allocation module, portfolio optimization module, portfolio monitoring module, and dynamic rebalancing module. The system acquires historical and real-time financial and market information associated with a plurality of securities and preprocesses the information to generate financial features. Multiple risk characteristics including volatility, market risk, liquidity risk, correlation risk, concentration risk, and downside risk are determined. Artificial intelligence and machine-learning models are employed to predict asset performance characteristics. The predicted performance and quantified risk characteristics are combined with investor-defined constraints to dynamically determine portfolio allocation weights. A portfolio optimization process subsequently generates an optimized allocation subject to predefined risk, diversification, liquidity, and investment constraints. The portfolio is continuously or periodically monitored, and revised allocation weights are generated when predefined risk, performance, or allocation thresholds are breached. The invention thereby provides an adaptive, risk-aware, and data-driven framework for dynamic stock portfolio management and performance optimization.
