A memory retrieval module (106) configured to access a database storing structured memory records. The system also includes a natural language generation module (108) configured to convert retrieved memory records into simplified, patient-friendly textual descriptions. The system also includes an audio assistance module (110) comprising a text-to-speech engine. An application interface module (112) configured to provide an interactive user interface.
