Abstract: ABSTRACT AN AI-ENABLED CENTRALIZED DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR PUBLIC COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT AND GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL The present invention relates to a centralized digital platform for automated public complaint management and grievance redressal. The invention enables citizens to register complaints related to civic infrastructure and public services including sanitation, water supply, electricity, drainage, road damage, and public utilities through a web- based or mobile-based interface. The system integrates complaint registration, geo-tagging, image upload, automated routing, service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring, departmental assignment, real-time tracking, and citizen feedback within a unified digital architecture. The invention further includes an administrative dashboard for monitoring complaint status, analyzing departmental performance, and generating reports for governance optimization. The system improves transparency, accountability, communication efficiency, and response time while reducing manual paperwork and administrative burden.
