Abstract: Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and smart sensor systems are rapidly growing and are introducing the demand for intelligent and energy-efficient hardware architectures. Intelligent IoT/smart sensor applications are proposed using an AI-driven VLSI architecture for real-time processing, computational efficiency, and autonomous decision making. The system combines the artificial intelligence algorithms and Very Large-Scale Integration (VLSI) technologies for low power and high-speed performance in embedded applications. Analyse sensor data, detect patterns and provide intelligent response in real time using machine learning techniques. The proposed architecture is optimized to minimize power usage, hardware complexity and processing delay. It facilitates the processing of signals, communication of information and adaptive learning in smart applications. The system can be used in various applications, including IoT devices, wearables, industrial automation, smart healthcare, and environmental monitoring. The performance analysis reveals faster, more reliable and energy efficient performance than traditional architectures in conventional hardware. Scalable design allows easy integration with current wireless communication and cloud-based systems. In conclusion, the proposed architecture offers an intelligent, efficient and reliable approach for future IoT and smart sensor applications.
