MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611107186 A) filed by Jaswinder Kumar on September 07, 2026, for An Ai-Driven System And Method For Multi-Cloud Security And Compliance Management.

Inventor includes Jaswinder Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-driven system and computer-implemented method for multi-cloud security and compliance management. Security-relevant state from heterogeneous cloud environments is ingested and normalized into canonical resource, identity and dependency entities. A policy-intent graph represents governance obligations, provider-specific control implementations, evidence requirements, exceptions and precedence constraints. An evidence lineage store links source observations with compliance assertions and remediation events. A contextual risk inference engine evaluates cross-cloud access paths, resource criticality, data sensitivity, exposure, temporal persistence and compensating controls. A compliance digital twin maintains observed and intended control states and simulates candidate remediation to predict policy satisfaction and cross-resource blast radius. A guarded remediation orchestrator executes an approved change only when policy, confidence, exception, approval and scope constraints are satisfied. Post-change state is reacquired and verified, with rollback or escalation upon failed verification, thereby providing continuously traceable compliance evidence and safer adaptive remediation.
