Abstract: The present invention provides an AI-driven self-healing Internet of Things architecture for smart industrial automation. The architecture integrates industrial IoT devices, sensors, actuators, gateways, edge computing nodes, and artificial intelligence modules for continuous system monitoring. Machine learning techniques detect anomalies, diagnose faults, predict potential failures, and initiate autonomous recovery actions including communication rerouting, device reconfiguration, workload redistribution, and component isolation. A feedback mechanism evaluates recovery outcomes and improves subsequent decisions, thereby enhancing reliability, resilience, operational continuity, and efficiency in interconnected industrial automation environments.
