Abstract: InfraTrack is a student-developed web platform designed to connect infrastructure project planning with real field execution. Site engineers can submit progress updates using text, photos, documents and voice notes. The system uses Al/NLP to understand the field update, identify the related work activity and connect it with the planned project schedule. It also provides delay reporting, plan-versus-actual tracking, material verification, citizen and role-based access. A confidence score is used before important schedule updates, so uncertain Al results can be checked by a planner instead of being accepted automatically.
