Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an AI-driven customer retention system (100) for identifying customers at risk of churn and generating personalized retention interventions. The system comprises a data acquisition unit (102), a data preprocessing unit (104), a principal component analysis unit (106), a customer segmentation unit (108), a segment-specific prediction unit (110), a classification unit (112), a rule-based recommendation engine (114), and an output interface (116). Customer-related data is standardized using robust scaler and processed through Principal Component Analysis (PCA), followed by K-Means clustering to generate customer segments. A Hybrid Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM)-Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture determines churn probability using customer features including tenure, usage frequency, support calls, and payment delay. Customers identified as at-risk are processed by JSON-configured rules to generate personalized retention recommendations including digital discount coupons. The system is deployed through an interactive streamlit application for customer segmentation, churn prediction, visualization, and retention decision support.
