Abstract: ABSTRACT AN AI-BASED URBAN ROAD HAZARD DETECTION FOR REAL-TIME INFRASTRUCTURE MONITORING The present invention relates to a digital lost and found portal system and method for centralized management of lost and recovered items. The system comprises a User Authentication and Registration Module (101), a Lost and Found Item Reporting Module (102), a Centralized Database Management Module (103), a Search and Matching Engine (104), a Notification and Communication Module (105), and a Status Tracking and Administrative Control Module (106). The invention enables users to digitally report, search, track, and recover lost and found items through a centralized online platform. The system stores item information including descriptions, dates, locations, and images within a searchable database and provides notifications regarding matching items. The invention improves accessibility, transparency, recovery efficiency, and record management while reducing dependency on manual lost and found processes. [To be published along with Figure 1]
