Abstract: AN AI-BASED SYSTEM FOR STRATEGIC INNOVATION HUB AND MSME MANAGEMENT An AI-based strategic innovation hub and MSME management system is disclosed for integrating business operations, financial management, compliance monitoring, predictive analytics, sustainability planning, and innovation ecosystem connectivity. The system comprises an MSME integration module, live tracking and monitoring module, financial benefits management module, AI analytics and prediction module, sustainable growth planner, stakeholder dashboard and reporting module, compliance and audit module, and innovation hub connectivity module. The system enables real-time tracking of operational activities, automated management of incentives and financial benefits, machine learning-based forecasting, ESG-aligned sustainability planning, and automated compliance reporting. An AI-assisted innovation hub connectivity module dynamically links MSMEs with innovation hubs, research institutions, mentors, and funding agencies to facilitate technology transfer, collaboration, and growth. The invention provides a unified platform for improving operational efficiency, innovation adoption, and sustainable development of MSMEs.
