Abstract: [042] The present invention discloses an artificial-intelligence-based smart energy and infrastructure monitoring system for integrated asset-health prediction, energy optimization and predictive maintenance. A sensing layer acquires electrical energy measurements and condition measurements from one or more physical infrastructure assets. An edge intelligence node synchronizes heterogeneous measurements, associates them with operating context and generates a reduced feature set. An analytics engine maintains a context-dependent adaptive baseline and digital representation and derives a health signature from deviation between expected and observed behaviour. A predictive maintenance risk engine determines a degradation trajectory and remaining useful life or failure risk, preferably using a hybrid data- driven and physical-consistency model. An optimization module selects a maintenance and/or energy-control action according to failure risk, energy loss and operational constraints. A verification module evaluates a post-action recovery signature and selectively recalibrates the baseline and predictive model only when a recovery confidence criterion is satisfied, thereby preventing degradation states from being learned as normal behaviour.
