Abstract: AN AI BASED PROACTIVE EMPLOYEE RETENTION AND DYNAMIC SKILL ORCHESTRATION SYSTEM An integrated, multi-modular artificial intelligence system and method are disclosed for proactive talent retention and dynamic skill orchestration within organizations. The system leverages a multi-modal data fusion module using unsupervised learning and NLP to aggregate diverse HRIS, communication, and learning data streams to detect behavioral disengagement anomalies and attrition risks in real-time. An automated generative conversational AI module uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to engage at-risk employees in empathetic root- cause conversations, featuring a human-in-the-loop escalation gate. Concurrently, a dynamic skill orchestration module parses organizational needs to generate targeted internal micro-gigs and personalized learning paths. A reinforcement learning engine continuously refines intervention policies based on positive retention outcomes, while a dedicated ethical AI module guarantees data anonymization, bias mitigation, and explainable prediction tracking.
