The processing unit (170) acquires and integrates healthcare workforce, medical education, hospital capacity, international patient mobility, and real-time healthcare resource information into a unified multidimensional dataset. The processing unit (170) predicts future Medical Value Travel demand, dynamically determines assessment weighting coefficients, and compares predicted demand with present and projected healthcare capacity to identify capacity gaps. The system generates readiness and competitiveness scores, comparative rankings, and AI-based recommendations to support assessment and improvement of healthcare destination readiness and competitiveness.
