The system comprises a data ingestion and central repository module configured to collect and standardize patent-related data from patent authorities and internal sources, an AI-driven analysis and valuation module configured to determine patent strength, monetization potential, and litigation risks, and a competitive intelligence module configured to identify technology trends and infringement risks. The system further includes patent filing automation, attorney workflow management, portfolio monitoring, financial forecasting, reporting, and renewal management modules. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and generative AI are employed to automate administrative tasks, generate strategic insights, forecast costs, manage deadlines, and support decision-making.
