Abstract: The present invention discloses a computer-implemented system and method for AI-based human-centric stress management for content creators operating on creator economy platforms. The system comprises a data collection module that collects multi-dimensional platform activity data including engagement metrics, content visibility data, workload patterns, and user interaction signals. An AI processing engine comprising trained machine learning models analyses the collected data to identify stress-indicative patterns. An Algorithmic Stress Index (ASI) computation module computes a scalar ASI score and classifies it into one of four stress level categories: Low, Medium, High, or Critical. A personalised intervention engine generates context-relevant intervention strategies including workload adjustments, performance insights, transparency notifications, and wellbeing support measures based on the classified stress level. A feedback module enables continuous model retraining using user behaviour and feedback data. The invention reduces creator burnout, improves psychological sustainability, and promotes healthier human–AI interactions within digital creator ecosystems.
