Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based distributed disaster impact estimation and geo-fencing alert system (100) for providing localized disaster warnings using real-time community reports and geospatial analytics. The system (100) comprises a user mobile device interface (102), a secure data transmission layer (104), a central processing server (106), a confidence validation and false report filtering module (108), an AI prediction and spatial clustering engine (110), a dynamic impact radius and epicenter estimation unit (112), a geo-fencing engine (114), an alert broadcasting system (116), a historical seismic data repository (118), a weather and environmental data module (120), a historical disaster pattern module (122), and an emergency support and response integration module (124). The system validates disaster reports, estimates a probable disaster epicenter, determines an impact radius, generates geo-fenced warning zones, and broadcasts targeted alerts, evacuation guidance, and safety instructions to registered users within affected regions, thereby enabling rapid, scalable, and infrastructure-independent disaster response.
