Abstract: The present invention discloses The present invention relates to an AI-based automated interview assessment system with voice-based confidence evaluation (100). The system comprises a Resume Parsing Module (110) configured to extract structured candidate information from uploaded resumes, an AI Interview Engine (120) configured to generate context-aware interview questions, and a Speech Processing Module (130) configured to capture and process candidate audio responses through a microphone device. A Confidence Scoring Engine (140) analyzes acoustic features including pitch, speech rate, and pause duration to generate a confidence score, while an NLP Evaluation Module (150) evaluates semantic correctness of responses. A Report Generation Module (160) produces a multi-dimensional performance report stored in a Database (170) and displayed via a User Interface (180).
