A Confidence Scoring Engine (140) analyzes acoustic features including pitch, speech rate, and pause duration to generate a confidence score, while an NLP Evaluation Module (150) evaluates semantic correctness of responses. A Report Generation Module (160) produces a multi-dimensional performance report stored in a Database (170) and displayed via a User Interface (180).
