Abstract: The present invention provides an Artificial Intelligence-assisted system and process for fabricating marine-derived collagen - chitosan loaded with vancomycin nanocomposite scaffolds for multifunctional wound care. The system receives material, formulation, and fabrication parameters associated with marine-derived collagen, marine-derived chitosan, vancomycin and at least one nanoscale component. An AI-based optimization module processes the parameters together with historical fabrication and characterization data to determine fabrication conditions for producing a target scaffold. A fabrication module forms the scaffold, while a characterization module evaluates structural, mechanical, swelling, degradation, antimicrobial, drug-loading, and vancomycin-release characteristics. A feedback module compares measured properties with target properties and supplies the resulting data to the AI optimization module for adjustment of subsequent fabrication parameters. The resulting closed-loop architecture enables data-driven, reproducible fabrication of multifunctional nanocomposite scaffolds having controlled antimicrobial and wound-care characteristics.
