Abstract: ABSTRACT An AI-assisted healthcare navigation and government health scheme verification system (100) is disclosed for identifying healthcare facilities at which a treatment is covered under an applicable health scheme. A patient interface (2) receives a symptom or disease input and communicates the input to an AI-assisted disease and department identification module (3). A scheme mapping module (5) resolves the identified disease category to a scheme-specific treatment package using a versioned rule set. A hospital coverage verification engine (6) verifies hospital-level empanelment for the treatment package, while a patient eligibility and document pre-verification module (7) checks required scheme and identity documents. An acceptance-probability scoring module (9) computes a score from hospital response history, availability, package status, and verified feedback, and suppresses hospitals below a threshold. A ranking module (8) ranks surviving hospitals. Emergency routing (10), appointment management (11), feedback validation (12), and an audit database (13) support subsequent decisions and model updates. The figure associated with abstract is
